Tony and the crew at Anderson Tire Pros are the best hands down. I had purchased tires from Tony, he had recommended a very good tire with a great warranty. Unfortunately on my Beetle the tire noise was very loud and did not get better with time. I let Tony know and he replaced the tires at no charge to me. That my friends is customer service. I also have them change my oil and go to them first for any repair needed.....that they can do on a volkswagen. Love Tony and the crew at Anderson Tire Pros. These guys are the best! They helped me in the middle of an emergency and were so quick with advice and service. Didn’t take long at all! Highly recommend:)
I can't say enough how happy I am with Tire Pros. Every time I've been there they have been kind, quick and respectful. They repaired my classic car without a mark on the paint. They didn't try to cheat me because I'm a girl and might not know better. They got the parts I needed in a very timely manner. They made the repairs faster than I've ever seen it done. No dragging it out so they can charge more labor. I've never had as much done to my car so quick and for such a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Tony and his crew are simply the best! I took car in for oil change and was told CV Joint on passenger side was leaking and tires were worn, needed replacing. I was quoted a price that was so reasonable and fair, would have paid a couple of hundred more anywhere else. Me being me, I called Tony when I got home and asked if the driver’s side CV Joint should also be replaced, Tony said he would personally check it out and let me know. CV joint and tires replaced, he could have told me to replace it and I would have never known the difference, but he is an honest man and I was good to go. Car rides beautiful, so smooth and have to keep an eye on my speed! They even noticed a few small things, repaired them at no charge. I cannot say enough about Tony and his shop, especially since being a woman, some shops have a tendency to take advantage of that. Not Tony, he explains everything and will show me what he is doing. He is much more more than a mechanic, I am proud to call him a friend. I have referred several people to him, mostly my female friends and not one complaint. I have said it before, no one will ever touch my car other than Tony. Wish there were 10 stars, highly recommend Tony and his shop.
