Bought these tires last year and I run them for the whole year didn't have any problems with them. I live on the mountain and I never got stuck they go very well in the snow
These are some of the best tires I’ve had in a long time.
I got 22,000 miles out of these tires. I bought them in the middle of the winter. They seemed great until the snow got deep. After 6 inches of snow, don't expect much. I'm a mail man and drive all types of roads. For the money, this is a good tire.
I didn't have any issues with the Courser. I liked the name, made me think of an elk running through the snow. While it wasn't great in deep snow, it did okay on Fairbanks roads in the middle of winter as a studded tire, especially for the money. Felt pretty stable in turns. Wasn't my favorite, didn't use it in the summer since it was studded. I had it on 6.5" black steel rims, and I hope to upgrade to 7" wide ones so rear wheel-well rubbing on bumps isn't an issue anymore.
